Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised items

Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged, photo evidence will need to be provided.

Non-Personalised items

Non-Personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Faulty or Damaged items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve any issues quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Unfortunately you cannot get a refund on a gift card, once you have purchased a gift card you have 12 months to use it, if you make an order with the gift card then decide you no longer want the product or it is faulty we will then refund the gift card of the order value, excluding delivery charges.
